Want to trade the frenetic activity of the downhill slopes for the peace and tranquility of the woods and high sage desert? Then this group is for you. We welcome all skill levels, including beginners, to join us on easy to moderate terrain around Park City and in the Western Uinta mountains. We occasionally schedule clinics to introduce beginners to the sport.

Snowshoe outings are typically scheduled weekly on various days as weather and snow conditions permit. On packed trails we may opt for microspikes or Yaktrax in lieu of snowshoes. All participants are responsible for providing their own equipment, MUST be fully vaccinated, and sign a Newcomers release form.

To be notified about scheduled outings, submit a request to one of the activity chairs to be added to the appropriate list for the current year.
