Most Newcomers know how to read and our Book Club is a wildly popular group of readers who enjoy discussing current, provocative, and interesting books. We meet the second Monday of the month at 11 am at the Summit County Library at Kimball Junction. Club members select the books for the year in January (now that’s always an exciting meeting with lots of animated discussion, book throwing, arguments on the value of psychological thrillers versus bodice rippers, literary epithets and pouting), then take turns leading the discussion. Generally the talk continues at lunch, because there’s never enough time to do justice to a good read.
